At Staghorn Jewelry, we are committed to providing you with high quality jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us and we will do our best to correct any issues. Freshwater pearls and seashells are natural materials that are one of a kind. We cannot guarantee any specific shell or pearl. Each one varies so there will be some variation within every piece made. We do our best to most accurately match our product descriptions but there will be variation in color, size, & texture.
Shipping
Each piece is handmade upon order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your product to ship. We will send you a notification once your item has been sent with tracking information. Please wait until after the 7 business days to reach out if your product has not shipped yet.
If you need your item by a certain date, please send us a quick email before placing your order and we’ll see what we can do!
During busy seasons, items may take a little longer to leave our studio. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at info@staghornjewelry.com.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of original purchase for any item.
If you would like to return or exchange an item contact info@staghornjewelry.com and we will evaluate and process your return/exchange. You will be issued a refund minus the cost of shipping.
Please return your item in the original packaging.
Returns are subject to approval before being processed. Some damages may not be eligible for return or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@staghornjewelry.com.
Exchanges
Pieces can be exchanged for any item within 30 days of original purchase. If the cost of the replacement item differs, we will charge you or refund the difference of that item.
If your shell breaks please contact us at info@staghornjewelry.com. We will do our best to replace it with one that is similar for free. We just require you to pay shipping back to our facility.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please email us at info@staghornjewelry.com and we will review and send you our return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
